2015 Summer/Fall Season

Thank you to all our performers, donors, volunteers, and audience members who made our 2015 Season (Winter/Spring and Summer/Fall) a great success! We are in the process of finalizing our 2016 Season and will be announcing details soon. To get updates on our 2016 Season you can either subscribe to our e-mail list or “like” us on our Facebook page.

We are excited about launching our brand new initiative, Sunset Community Music | Arts,” where you can enjoy mostly free (occasionally, donations or a small fee may be requested) concerts and programs,  produced and performed by members of the local community. FlyerSunset Music | Arts, invites you to celebrate its first anniversary in a gala concert featuring soloists from the San Francisco Opera Chorus, accompanied by Ian Robertson, chorus master and conductor of the  San Francisco Opera and artistic director of the San Francisco Boys Chorus. Violin, Seahorse, and Mermaid

PaulaGaubertConcertDirect from France, join spinto soprano Paula Wilder-Gaubert, in a program of songs of nymphs, forest spirits, mermaids, water spirits, oceans, and rivers. The solo song recital will feature music of Debussy, Poulenc, Honegger, Britten, Prokofiev, Louis Vierne, and Finnish composer Toivo Kuula. Ms. Gaubert will be accompanied by Daniel Lockert on the piano.

Ms. Gaubert has sung leading roles in the US with the Utah Lyric Opera, West Bay Opera, Berkeley Opera, Santa Barbara Opera, as well as concertized extensively in France. For additional details click here.

Magic, Mystery, and Music!

HalloweenPosterCelebrate Halloween at our first Halloween concert and costume party. The program will feature songs of magic, mystery, and intrigue from opera and Broadway. There will also be a special appearance by conjuror Jeffrery Korst. Finally a prize will be awarded for the best costume—so come dressed up to the event! A fun event for the entire family.
